We always offer free shipping in Denmark with GLS. Order placed before 15:00 will be packed and sent the same day. You can therefore expect to receive your order the next day.

If you have received your suit and want to exchange it for a different size, you can easily fill out the attached return form in the package, contact us on either our live chat or via email at

Do you want to return your package? Use the attached return form and label. Once we have processed your return, you can expect to receive the return amount within 2-5 working days.

Ordering and purchase

I have doubts about my size and fit - what do I do?

We have a unique size finder that will take you through a few questions about your body type and fit preferences, before recommending your ideal size combination. You can find the size finder on the product page, just below the price.

If you are still in doubt after using our size finder, or if you simply want personal guidance, you can quickly and easily contact us on either our live chat support, where we are online every day from 08:00 till 20:00 CET, or on We are always ready to help you and will get back to you as soon as possible.

Can I cancel my order?

If you have placed an order and it has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse, you can contact us at or in our live chat to cancel your order.

Do you have a physical store?

Yes we do! Although we primarily are an online store, we do have a physical showroom located in Aarhus, Denmark. Please book an appointment via for at personal showing of our collection. Bookings can be arenged HERE

Can I be notified when out-of-stock items are back in stock?

You can sign up to a waiting list for our out-of-stock products and sizes on the individual product page. We just need your email address to be able to notify you as soon as the desired item is back in stock.

I ended up ordering the wrong size. What do I do?

If you have ordered your suit in the wrong size, please contact us at or via our live chat as soon as possible, so that we can get you suited up with the perfect fit.


When can I expect to receive my order?

At Suit Club we have day to day delivery, with GLS.

If you order before 1 p.m., you can expect delivery the next weekday.

If you live outside Denmark, in Europe, you can expect a delivery time of 2-5 weekdays. 

How much does the shipping cost?

There is free shipping on all orders delivered to your nearest parcel shop.

If you want home delivery to your residence, it costs DKK 39.

Delivery to an address outside Denmark, but within the EU, costs DKK 299

Delivery to an address outside the EU costs DKK 499

Can my order be delivered this weekend?

We send all our packages with GLS, who unfortunately does not deliver packages on Sundays.

If you place your order on a Friday, you can therefore expect it to be in transit over the weekend. If you order during the weekend, your order will be dispatched first thing on Monday.

Return and exchange

How do I exchange for a smaller/larger size?

Is it possible to exchange one of the suit pieces (blazer, vest or pants) for a different size?

Of course it is - we exchange individual pieces completely free of charge, until you have the size combination that suits you best.

How do I return my order?

If you wish to return your order, you can easily and free of charge fill out the attached return form in your parcel and send it back with our return label.

Please note that we also offer exchanges on all individual pieces of the suits, completely free of charge.
