Prices and booking

At Suit Club ApS, we reserve the right to make errors in our stated prices. Furthermore, we reserve the right to change prices without prior consent. Reservations are made for sold out items.

Once you have placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation. Should you not receive this confirmation within 1 hour, please contact us.

You will receive a new email the same day your order is shipped.
When you shop with Suit Club ApS, agreements are made in Danish.

Payment

Suit Club ApS receives payment with VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron and Mastercard. Payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is shipped. All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and incl. VAT. Reservations are made for price errors and sold out / discontinued items.

We can only deduct the specified amount or less once. However, we can write down the amount paid at any time - for example if a product is sold out or is not wanted anyway. Of course, we can NEVER increase the approved amount.

Delivery

We pack and ship your order, which under normal circumstances will be delivered within 2-4 business days.

We ship to all of Denmark. Free shipping to your nearest delivery point.

Right of withdrawal and return

When you shop at Suit Club, you have a full 100 days right of withdrawal, where you can contact info@suitclub.dk about that you want to undo your purchase.
You then have 14 days to send the item (s) back to us.

You can not regret by simply refusing to receive the item without giving clear notice.

The right of withdrawal applies from the day you received the item. If the deadline expires on a weekend or public holiday, the deadline is extended to the next working day.

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the item, which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the item's nature, properties and the way it works. In other words - you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.

If the item has been tried in a different way than what is described above, Suit Club considers it to be used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you can only get a small part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the product.
We consider second-hand goods to have no market value.

In order to receive the entire purchase amount back, you must do the same as you can in a physical store. You may try the product but not use it.

We will refund all payments received from you.

However, this does not apply to additional delivery costs in the case where a different form of delivery has been chosen than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer.

We will refund the amount to the same means of payment that you used in connection with the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

Suit Club will refund the purchase price to your bank account once we have received the item back and checked that the item is in the same condition and quantity as when it was shipped.

Please return your purchase by reusing the same packaging that the product arrived in, and remember to get a receipt for shipping.

Complaint

Suit Club ApS checks all items before shipping.

Of course, when you shop with us, you have a 24 month right to make a complaint. This means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, your money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.

However, we reserve the right to remedy a defect / damage with an undamaged item instead of refunding the purchase price.

Damage to the product as a result of, for example, incorrect handling, misuse or other damaging behavior on the part of the customer is not covered by the right of complaint. Complaint regarding. errors and omissions must be notified to info@suitclub.dk in a reasonable time.

Max. two months as a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed. If the complaint is justified, we will of course reimburse your (reasonable) shipping costs.

The item must always be returned in proper packaging.Remember to get a receipt for the shipment so we can reimburse your shipping costs.

Please note that we do not accept packages sent by post. cash on delivery or similar.

Changing or canceling your order

Once your order has been placed, you can change it by contacting us at info@suitclub.dk. We can help you change your order if the order has not yet been shipped before you contacted us. If your order has been shipped, you still have 14 days to cancel your order.

We reserve the right to cancel your order in any of the following situations, without being bound to compensate you or otherwise cover expenses:

- If an unforeseen error occurs, such as a payment error

- If your payment information cannot be verified or if the information is incorrect,

- If we suspect that your order has been placed in bad faith or in relation to criminal activities

We will do everything we can to resolve any issues that may arise while keeping you informed throughout the process. We will notify you before canceling your order.

If your order is canceled, we will refund any payment you may have made with us at no extra cost to you.
